It has more than a decade since Ronald Reggae, a mysterious and smoky figure, started rolling with a one-of-a-kind project in the local and even global landscape.
The idea is quite simple – songs that are considered supertemporary hits undergo a total Jamaican transformation and become rootsy reggae anthems carrying a strong flowery message.
In 2018, Ronald’s version of Queen’s Rhapsody hit the web garnering tens of millions of views and interest from around the world. Since then, the band continues to release music and music videos and to give free rein to its artistic movements in sizzling hot performances throughout the country and on special occasions abroad as well.
Speaking of which, this show marks the release into the world of Private Investigations, the collaboration with Shmulik Shamir.
