An excellent opening and closing set by DJ Yoav Saban that will tie everything together into one big party with juicy beats and infectious grooves.
At the center of the event will be the project Dir Balak, led by music producer Moshe D’aaboul (Zilzulei Pa’amonim – Ahuva Ozery and many others)
and drummer and creator Amit Kaminer (Los Caparos). Alongside them, bassist Eden Shaham completes the precise, rooty, and exhilarating sound. Dir Balak’s music was born out of a longing for the classic Iraqi sound – pushing it forward with layers of dub, rock, psychedelia, and electronic music with a deep groove that connects Baghdad to the Galilee. You won’t be able to stop moving… Iraqi psychedelia at its best.
Their debut album is just about to be released and is already considered a local cult favorite… They are coming to us in the midst of their national exposure tour, which began at the InDnegev Festival and they are now finally coming to Tel Aviv…
